Only an INDIAN can do this !! any bet??

Prahlad Jani, also known as Mataji, has surprised the doctors across the globe as he has managed to survive for 65 years without any food or water and has not urine or stool during the whole period. The reports of medical tests which are being conducted on Mataji since April 22 are normal. The tests included cardiac, MRI of chest, abdomen and spine, EEG.
Doctors said, “During the tests we found that in Prahalad Jani’s bladder, the amount of liquid fluctuates even when he does not pass urine. We did blood tests for haematology, biochemistry, hormone profile and the reports were in the pre-determined safety range throughout the observation period as per the protocol”.
Different tests at different time were conducted as per the protocol set up by partners, revealed Dr. G Ilavazahagan, Director, Defense Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences, and neurologist Sudhir Shah.
Dr. Shah shared that the team of doctors conducted blood tests for haematology, biochemistry, hormone profile. The reports were in the pre-determined safety range throughout the observation period.
His nerve conduction studies revealed that he has normal nerve function. Dr. Mukesh Patel and his team reported that Mataji’s lung functions are quite normal. Dr. Urman Dhruv, physician and diabetologist, is also part of the team that is conducting this observational study in association with Sristi and the Government of Gujarat.
This may be a wonder for the doctors, lab technicians and scientists around the world because they least know about the science hidden in Spirituality. But a so called uneducated from a remote village can do wonders with the knowledge which no scientists in the modern world is aware of.. For the modern rational mind this may sound funny... but We Indians are not only researchers of the external world but also the world Internal...
Yoga Sutra of Patanjali, is the scientific text which we follow to discover the hidden truths in the path of Yoga Practice. And with all pride, an Indian did it and has gained some power which yogis call as Siddhi. If we are aware of the Sutras then we would sure recognize Prahlad as a Yogi with Siddhi. The 31st Sutra of 4th chapter in Patanjali's tretise tells that "KanTha kUpe kShutpipAsA nivRtiH"... to be brief in explaining this Sutra, it says that if one can focus all his subtle energy in the region just below our neck which is like a pit, a space in between out collar bones, then He will never in his life will have kShut -Hunger & pipAsA- Thirst.
Amazing right!!
Even we can be Yogis you know!!

Dreams are not when you sleep, Dreams are those that doesn't let you sleep!!

I still remeber the day when I was in my 9th standard. It was my second year in 9th standard!! surprising??? Yes, as a school boy, I never used to study and result was that I had to sit in the same bench for two continues years.

It was then, after the results were announced that my family took me with them to my father's elder brother's house in Hyderabad. We were travelling from chennai to hyderabad in train. The whole journey made me think again and again about how am I to face my relatives and what will I say if they ask about my results. We reached safely, had a wash and finished our breakfast. All of us were assembeled in the living room and to my horror my "Bid dad" asked me that how and what made me fail ?? The question was like a hammer into my ears. I heard the question which I never wanted to listen. My mind was swirling like a whirlpool. All my relatives including my sisters and brothers were present there. My relatives started speaking about their children and studies. I know they will, because they were all good in their academics. My mother too was present there. She was being fired for the faults I comitted and for my failure she was triggered by all of them saying that they did not bring me up properly and they least bothered my studies. I very well knew that my relatives were wrong becuase my mother never let me unattended. She always was caring for me and my studies, but it was me who was never interested in those subjects at all.

All of them, including my teachers used to say that I am really intelligent and sharp but its my laziness that I am not reading and getting marks. No it was not only my laziness but it was hatred to those subjects too that stopped me from exceling in them. Every child In our family was scaled with his/her marks. For that matter my relatives started comparing me with my younger sister too becuase she was perfect in her studies. All my relatives were good in the so called modern studies and I was the odd man out of them.

When all my relatives started attacking my mother with words, she could not bare it and when I saw her, tears were rolling down her cheeks. I know the reason for that is me and unknowingly after seeing her crying I too started crying. That was the first time that I cried for my failure and I think that was the last time!!

Right from that day I started dreaming that one day or the other I will show them that I am no less than their children. It remained dreams for me untill I finished my twelveth exams becuase till then I had to study the same subjects which I hated and could not prove my self that I too can excel like them. But many nights I have spent dreaming about being a great man though not for the world , a great man in my society
atleast!!

I scored 65% in my finals. by then the results for all other children in my relatives family were waiting to know if I will atleast passout even. Some how my hard work during the last days showed up it self with some positive results.

Elders in the family were already doing their engineering. All my relatives had and may be even now have a notion that it is only engineering that will make you a man eligible in this world to live and if you do any Science subject even then you are bright other wise you are fit for nothing.

We could not find fault in them even, becuase that was the trend those days. One of my relative was then struggling day and night for a seat in IIT BITS, Pillani.

My father gave me all the freedom to select my future. He gave me the freedom in the sense not a choice between engineering and Science , but a total freedom which would allow me to select anything as a subject of my further studies.

Then in the right time I came to know about an Institution which offers Indological studies for 6years and that too for free. I mean, if a student gets seleceted there then all the six years he will have education, stay and food free of cost. the institution will bare the expense. But getting a seat in that institution was a big challenge for me now!!

If I have to be there, then I should learn Vedas, Sanskrit etc... I was not interested in all these subjects then. But some how, may be it was destined that when I visited the campus I liked and I agreed for Interview. The day came, I had a interview and I was told that only five or six will be selceted for that academic year of that institution. More than 20 applicants. Many were good in mantra chanting and had them byhearted too. But een here I was the odd man out. I have a poor memory and upon that I had a life style of a city boy. the Institution had a silent atmosphere with trees all around all Satvic Vibrations enchanting the place 24x7.

I could see my seniors walking with dhotis on their waist and a piece of cloth on their bare body. I used to see temple poojari's like that. I was tensed for a second and saw myu self as a poojari. OH MY GOD!! I will never end up as a man with bell and a plate in hands.

Soon I ran to the principal to clarify if the institution produces poojari or a Purohit??? His answer was satisfying me that it never encourages the business with Mantras. At last time of results came, and for my surprise I was selected!!
I WAS SELECTED AMONG THOSE FEW !! I felt that Yes! I am capable of something atleast!!

The 6years of studies there will make an indological scholar out of me!! I will learn to speak sanskrit as I speak my mothertoungue. I can understand the Indian scriptures without any translation or transliteration. I can experiment with the Hindu Scriptures and bring out the Hidden Truths in it!!

Yes I did it!! But, when I was in my first year there, the same man, my father's elder brother came there to see me. He saw the whole place and instead of encouraging me, he tried to delude me and take away from that place and said that he will get me a seat in an engineering college etc....

For him what I was doing was rubbish and will not work out in this modern competetive modern world. But it is the same Knowledge which has made me a head of the departement for Indian culture. I am also one among those millions of Indians. Why was I selected for this Job and why not engineers and doctors?? Because the world no more wants engineers instead they need a peace maker. the world today requires a man who can make them happy and bring peace to their minds.

My feild will never have recessions!! hi hi hi!!

It is the same education which made me a man with Name and Fame. The same relatives who were talking ill of me are still struggling for the happiness, name and fame in thier life..

But by gods grace, and by following my dharma as a member of a brahmin family, I stress, not an orthodox family but a brahmin family, today I stand in the society more high than the other so called engineers and doctors in my family...

I understood one thing out of my life till now...

people think that one should study to acheive one's ambition...

People run behind studies not to aquire knowledge. Rather they study hard becuase one day or the other the same will take them to their ambition which is earning money!!

I pity them that they dont know MONEY NAME AND FAME are like shadows...

if you run behind them to catch it in your life.. your running race with the shadow will never end.

BUT for me Studying in itself was an ambition... Gaining SARASWATI in life itself was a goal to acheive. I never went behind certificates and scholorships for opening my bank account or for JOB.

I turned away from making money as an ambition for my future and concentrated upon what I have to do as a son of the family in which I am born and as a citizen of the country of culture and tradition.

Hence I could make it!!! Name fame and Money all are with me today to support me!!
I never had in my mind to use SARASWATI FOR EARNING LAKSHMI.

Today I have an answer for the question "what made me fail??"

With all humbleness and pride I reply that:

"TO BE LIKE WHAT I AM TODAY MADE ME FAIL IN MY 9th STANDARD."

GUJARAT CAN AND GUJARAT WILL!!

The title of this Blog Post would have suggested you that an Indian state known as Gujarat has some thing to acheive and will achive it.

Yes, The state was once attacked by the nature on 26th of January, 2001, in the form of an earth quake. The Mother Nature was not finished with it. she again Hit the state back in 2006 on april 6th. With the Two massive attacks, many died and many who were still physically left-out were killed emotionally due to the shocks that they had to face with in a short span of time. The people had to face consecutive terrorist attacks. with all this, the people started thinking "WHY THIS IS HAPPENING TO GUJARAT AND WHY TO THE PEOPLE OF GUJARAT?"

But Mother Nature is not so hard in heart. For that matter no Mother is so. Hence she, to brink back the state in its normal condition made the people strong enough to forget the past and create a new future for themself. and create a new Gujarat.

I once had a chance to visit this new and reborn Gujarat recently and I went there with a curious mind to know why people all over the world are praising Modi Ji as a cheif Minister and why all want even their state to be one like Gujarat. I was spell bound when I came back. All Indians will know this fact very well that Ministers in a state will not care even if they dont execute their responsibilities but will fight to have big and huge banners of their own images on the streets and walls, and where not. Even in public washrooms we can see "vote for me" posters. But Gujarat was the only state in my life where I saw no unnecessary posters or banners or cut-outs on the streets. the leaders of that state are well trained not to advertise themself but to execute themself and excel in their responsibilities. I came to know from the public residing in Gandi Nagar, a well planned city of Gujarat, that they can proudly say that they have No rowdies and rogues in their city any more.

We come across through media saying that Modi Ji is anti Muslim or anti-minority. I was stunned to know the reality that even the Muslims in that state are proud of Modi Ji's rule. They say that they have never seen a leader like Modi Ji. When I asked for the reason they told that the business men who own shops used to face a lot of troubles and tortures by Police and rowdies for many years. Rowdies create havock in the market and Police never care for that instead used to come regularly for "maamool vasool". But now a days none dare to ask for money from them. Corruption and bribary has reduced a lot in that State. Problem makers are reaping the fruits of their deeds in Jail.

I was surprised and happy to notice an unbelievable truth. "Gujarat has no bars and wine shops." When I was having a chat with one of the Bank manager he informed me that no one can even transport the same from any other state into Gujarat. if found then he is finished for whole of his life under custody.

It is this state that can do it and will do it!!

can do what?? will do what??

To know this click on the link and see the video http://www.narendramodi.in/video/70

You can name it as an Imagination or a Dream or a Foreseen Gujarat!!

I was amazed to see the creativity & Hats off to the Leaders of the state.

EVERY BIRTH HAS A REASON BEHIND IT !!

In a northern state of India, lives a potter's family on the footpath of a city. The head of the family earns bread by making some flowerpots and his wife helps him in painting them with different colors. They used to live & eat with the money they earn for a day by selling the pots. if no selling then no food for that day. This was the life that the god chose for that couple. Again, it was his play to test the honesty of the potter that the lady was pregnant and soon they got a girl child. The potter never felt bad to have a girl child. Instead he started working hard day and night to make some money out for their livelyhood. They named their cute angel as Radha. He managed to fill every one's stomach by his hard work & the family was happy with Radha playing around and entertaining them. Radha grew up to 2 years and there was no sign of ill health. But a day came when they found the baby was no more normal. When Radha was taken to the hospital right opposite to the footpath where he used to have shop/house, the doctors were very sorry to say the news to the potter's family. the potter had to swallow the bitter truth that all the organs in Radhas body are rejecting to do their job. All the organs were deteorating. If she was alive, it was because of the heart that was perfect and doing its job with out ant problem. The potter and his wife were again swallowing another bitter pill that their daughter, cute little radha, was left out with three more months to be in this earth alive and play arround and entertain the family.
The potter and his wife were emotionally broken when they were compelled to accept that their daughter is going to leave them physically in 3 more months. Days passed and Radha left all of us physically.

The Story doesn't end there. It is a saying that "child is a God's gift". How and to whom was Radha a gift? If we see this narration logically, Radha was giving more pressure in the potter's family. But go ahead and read to find out for an happy ending of the story.

Guyana is a northern central country in South American continent. In Corneli Ida, a village in the capital city of guyana, lives a guyanese family consisting a father, a mother and two girl chidren. The elder one is Morissa and the younger is named as Maria. Morissa is 2 yrs and 9 months old now. she has a big vertical stitch mark in her chest. When i asked her Mother to what caused it? she said Morissa had to undergo an operation when she was 2 years old. Morissa had 5 holes in her heart. As soon as the mother of Morissa, Priya came to know that her dauhter will die if she doesn't undergo heart transplantation, she started to search for heart donors all over the world and at last came to know that one from India is ready to donate a heart for the small baby, Morissa. Priya was in seventh heaven when she came to know this and made all the arrangements to travel to India to get her daugter's life back. They came to India to one of the Batra's hospital to see the donor. THE DONOR WAS NONE OTHER THAN OUR RADHA. Radha's mother decided that she will not let Radha die. So she wanted to give life to another child by giving the one and only healthy organ of Radha. By doing so she may get Radha back though not physically.
Operation dates were fixed, and the doctors were not sure if Morissa'd body will agree a foriegn organ. Operation was finished successfully. RADHA was no more physically amongst the family, but was alive in the world as- MORISSA. RADHA'S life has become a fruitful life. A two year old baby, RADHA was born just to save this Morissa. that was the responsibility that GOD gave her to execute. she did it. Now RADHA is alive in GUYANA as cute Morissa.

The amazing fact is that Morissa used to eat fish a lot but now she rejects even the smell of it. If she is anger, she suddenly starts scolding her mother in HINDI, which a language unknown to Morissa. Morissa often says to her mother that she is not her mother and asks her to take her back to her mother..... anyways, the child is living healthy and likes roti and bollywood songs a lot.

Hope Radha's heart is filled with pride to save the body in which it is beating now...
this is not a story but a real living example of a life saving deed...

We too have lived many long years in our life...
Did we do any act that can be atleast compared with the actions of a 2 years old cute RADHA??

EVERY ONE OF US HAVE TAKEN BIRTH FOR SOME REASON!! LET US DISCOVER IT & EXECUTE IT!!
let us think on it..... and MAKE OUR LIFE FRUITFUL IF NOT FOR OTHERS FOR OURSELF ATLEAST.

THE PHOTO OF MORISSA IS ON THE TOP OF THIS BLOG....

READ NOT WITH EYES BUT WITH HEART...

At a fundraising dinner for a school that serves children with learning disabilities, the father of one of the students delivered a speech that would never be forgotten by all who attended. After extolling the school and itsdedicated staff, he offered a question:'When not interfered with by outside influences, everything nature does, is done with perfection.Yet my son, Shay, cannot learn things as other children do. He cannot understand things as other children do.Where is the natural order of things in my son?'The audience was stilled by the query. The father continued. 'I believe that when a child like Shay, who was mentally and physically disabled comes into the world, an opportunity to realize true human nature presents itself, and it comes in the way other people treat that child.'Then he told the following story:Shay and I had walked past a park where some boys Shay knew were playing baseball. Shay asked, 'Do you think they'll let me play?' I knew that most of the boys would not want someone like Shay on their team, but as a father I also understood that if my son were allowed to play, it would give him a much-needed sense of belonging and some confidence to be accepted by others in spite of his handicaps.I approached one of the boys on the field and asked (not expecting much) if Shay could play. The boy looked around for guidance and said, 'We're losing by six runs and the game is in the eighth inning. I guess he can be on our team and we'll try to put him in to bat in the ninth inning.'Shay struggled over to the team's bench and, with a broad smile, put on a team shirt. I watched with a small tear in my eye and warmth in my heart. The boys saw my joy at my son being accepted. In the bottom of the eighth inning, Shay's team scored a few runs but was still behind by three. In the top of the ninth inning, Shay put on a glove and played in the right field. Even though no hits came his way, he was obviously ecstatic just to be in the game and on the field, grinning from ear to ear as I waved to him from the stands. In the bottom of the ninth inning, Shay's team scored again. Now, with two outs and the bases loaded, the potential winning run was on base and Shay was scheduled to be next at bat.At this juncture, do they let Shay bat and give away their chance to win the game?Surprisingly, Shay was given the bat. Everyone knew that a hit was all but impossible because Shay didn't even know how to hold the bat properly, much less connect with the ball. However, as Shay stepped up to theplate, the pitcher, recognizing that the other team was putting winning aside for this moment in Shay's life, moved in a few steps to lob the ball in softly so Shay could at least make contact. The first pitch came and Shay swung clumsily and missed. The pitcher again took a few steps forward to toss the ball softly towards Shay.As the pitch came in, Shay swung at the ball and hit a slow ground ball right back to the pitcher. The game would now be over. The pitcher picked up the soft grounder and could have easily thrown the ball to the first baseman.Shay would have been out and that would have been the end of the game.Instead, the pitcher threw the ball right over the first baseman's head, out of reach of all team mates.Everyone from the stands and both teams started yelling, 'Shay, run to first!Run to first!'Never in his life had Shay ever run that far, but he made it to first base.He scampered down the baseline, wide-eyed and startled.Everyone yelled, 'Run to second, run to second!'Catching his breath, Shay awkwardly ran towards second, gleaming and struggling to make it to the base.B y the time Shay rounded towards second base, the right fielder had the ball . the smallest guy on their team who now had his first chance to be the hero for his team.He could have thrown the ball to the second-baseman for the tag, but he understood the pitcher's intentions so he, too, intentionally threw the ball high and far over the third-baseman's head.Shay ran toward third base deliriously as the runners ahead of him circled the bases toward home. All were screaming, 'Shay, Shay, Shay, all the Way Shay'Shay reached third base because the opposing shortstop ran to help him by turning him in the direction of third base, and shouted, 'Run to third!Shay, run to third!'As Shay rounded third, the boys from both teams, and the spectators, were on their feet screaming, 'Shay, run home! Run home!'Shay ran to home, stepped on the plate, and was cheered as the hero who hit the grand slam and won the game for his team'That day', said the father softly with tears now rolling down his face, 'the boys from both teams helped bring a piece of true love and humanity into this world'.Shay didn't make it to another summer. He died that winter, having never forgotten being the hero and making me so happy, and coming home and seeing his Mother tearfully embrace her little hero of the day!
